Delicious Turkey Wraps Made in the Air-Fryer

Crispy turkey wrap with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese, served with ranch dressing, on a wooden board.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat low-carb tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, or lunch meat
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Ranch seasoning, or salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for air-frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air-Fryer: Preheat your air-fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of the turkey mixture onto the center, add a sprinkle of the cheese, 2 table spoons of marinara sauce, and seasoning. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly to enclose the filling. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  3. Cook the Wraps: Place the wraps seam-side down in the basket in a single layer. Cook for 6 minutes, or until you see the crispy edges
  4. Serve: Remove the wraps from the air-fryer and let them cool for a minute. Slice in half and serve with additional ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.
